This policy covers paid Ultimate Security Pro purchases, both yearly plans and lifetime licenses. The free plugin is free forever, so nothing on this page applies to it.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every Pro plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If Pro is not a fit, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we refund it in full. No forms, no hoops.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. When a refund is processed your license is deactivated, and the free plugin keeps protecting your site either way.
Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
- Yearly plans renew automatically each year until you cancel, so your updates and support never lapse.
- You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Pro until then.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not by itself trigger a refund for time already paid.
Renewals
If a yearly plan renews and you did not mean to keep it, contact us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will refund that renewal in full.
Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with nothing to renew. The same 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, receipts, and sales tax, and Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase. We never see or store your card details.
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, this policy does not limit your statutory rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies.
How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] from the address you used at purchase, or reply to your receipt.
- You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at paddle.net, using the email on your receipt.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks usually post them within a few business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date and apply to purchases made after that date.
